The two artists portray the same subject in two totally different ways that change the mind and artistic finding of their audiences. The painting and the film depict the same bridge with different artistic views. The painting by Joseph Stella uses an assortment of colors while the film by Walker Evans is black and white. The film depicts a more realistic representation of the Brooklyn Bridge, while the painting embodies a more creative aspect of the Brooklyn Bridge. The colors Stella chose to use are a variety of different shades of blue, green, yellow, white, black, purple, and red. While using colors, the artist has the ability to create an entirely imaginative illustration of their focus. When Evans chose to use a black and white Gelatin silver print depiction of the Brooklyn Bridge, he restricted his ability to create an artistic view of it because he is only able to capture exactly what is seen through the lens of the camera. Evans was able to be creative by the choice of using black and white. The colors used in the film by Evans and the painting by Stella also create the mood of their audience. Stella uses vibrant and bright colors, which set an exciting and happy mood for the individual who is looking at it. When using bright colors, Stella was able to captivate her audience and make them feel welcome and blissful. Whenever eyes see something bright and colorful, a person’s mood can change in such a positive way. The vibrant colors chosen gave the audience the ability to see the Brooklyn Bridge in such a positive  light. Evans chose to use black and white, which creates a dull and dark mood for an audience. Black and white photos have the tendency to alter the audience’s mood and turn for the negative. When looking at Evans film of the Brooklyn Bridge, it appears to be dark, gloomy, and sad looking. The black and white colors chosen give off such negative vibes and can make an audience never want to visit the Brooklyn Bridge because of the mood it illustr ates. Perspective plays a major role in an artist’s demonstration of their focus and their ability to show off their skills. The use of the worm’s view gives a different perspective of the same subject because of the placement and angle that comes from such. Stella’s use of the worm’s eye view gives the audience an asymmetrical and distinctive perspective of the Brooklyn Bridge that one would usually not see if they were to look at other images of such. Evans use of the birds eye perspective tends to take away from the creativity of the image because if they were to go visit the Brooklyn Bridge in person, they would not see that same view. Perspective is vital because it tends to give the audience a different angle method and also gives the audience a chance to fathom while viewing the artwork. The difference in perspectives in this instance, create two diverse interpretations of the bridge. The bird’s eye view Evans chose to use constructs the height and length in a non-realistic manner, generating a distant viewpoint. The worm’s eye view in Stella’s painting provides the audience a realistic vision of the size of the bridge by exhibiting length and height at a particular angle. When thinking about drug addiction in adults, one often thinks about and wonders how and when an adult starts or becomes addicted to drugs. But still one can find some of these children also can have a successful story and go down a completely different path, such as success, college, financial stability, or even religious background. I believe that children have the chose to make two options in their lives. Since dealing with family members who were and are addicted to drugs and their children have graduate from college, work a good job which pays good money, are married and have a family. I have at the same token had cousins that have also been addicted to drugs, prostitution, selling drugs, end up in jail, and have even died following the wrong path in their life. We all have to be responsible for ourselves and live life accordingly. I don’t believe that all children have bad effects of drug addicted parents. I believe they can choose to live a better life and change their situation for the better. One must always find the confidence, drive, and determination to want to make their life what they desire. When being a witness to both sides of the fence, bias is up in the air for now.

Implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) across the country and interconnecting them with the rest of the world, unfortunately, is a long and intensive process. Converting over to an EMR may adversely affect daily operations and increase risk if the proper steps are not taken. The cost may be prohibitive, costing up to $7 million for a 200 bed hospital. However, long term benefits outweigh the investment. Estimates show that implementation of an EMR system could save hospitals from $142 to $371 billion a year, increase the efficiency and reduce errors (Venkatraman, Bala, Venkatesh Bates, 2008, p.141). The planning and execution of the plan requires the support of both the management and the doctors and nurses who will be using the system on a daily basis. A temporary decline of as much as 50% could be expected initially with productivity ramping back up to pre-implementation levels by six weeks, although some organizations required at least a year (Brooks Grotz, 2010, p.81). Often this period of decreased efficiency is what many users complain about: they cannot document as fast as they used to, they have to stop often to respond to system alerts, equipment is not working (possibly due to incorrect settings or improper use). Past employees also need to have access to the system terminated and a policy should be in effect as to what a reasonable timeframe for access termination. Wilcox and Brown (2005) suggested that normal terminations, such as retirement, resignation and employee transfer, should be within one day and urgent terminations, such as a status change of an employee under hostile circumstances such as a firing, suspension, or other disciplinary action or any time there is reasonable cause to suspect that a user may try to harm or misuse data or system resources, should happen within an hour. Just as someone could park outside a store and wirelessly tap into the credit card authorization process, someone could attempt to intercept communications between hospitals or even between departments within a hospital. The ideology of this century can be seen in the titanic efforts to complete the development of science which foundation was laid in the 17th and 18th centuries, in the outright failures, and in attempts at reconstructing the foundation (e.g., Hilbert's formalization program, GÃ ¶del's incompleteness theorem, Charlier's theory of a hierarchic universe, Fridman's evolutionary cosmology, Newton's mechanics, relativistic and/or quantum mechanics in physics, the logical turn of the Vienna circle and epistemological anarchism in methodology). Our task is to reveal the essence of the turning points in 20th century science and to determine at least the general outlines, if not the cause, of the new type of rationality that is replacing the old one. I will focus on the history of cosmology, or rather on its three paradigms t hat have succeeded each other in this century: Newtonian, Fridmanian and the inflationary paradigms. By outlining the problem, I will pose a possible solution from clarifying changes in the value orientations, ideals and norms of scientific research to their possible generalization.
